Yinside Yoga
Mondays and Thursdays

Does life move too fast? Are you ready to connect with yourself on a deeper level? Yin yoga is a slow, grounding and "letting go" approach to yoga. If you're interested in slowing down, sinking in and opening up the fascia and joints of your body come join us for this physical and mental dive into the stillness of yin. Poses are held for an average of 3-5 minutes in complete muscular relaxation to allow the connective tissues of our body to unwind and open. Mindful Flow
Mondays
5:30-6:30 PM
An all levels flow. This dynamic practice will begin with sun salutations and vinyasas to build heat in the body. We will link breath to movement throughout a series of postures intended to build strength, flexibility and balance while fostering a deep mind-body connection. We'll wind down with restorative poses held for longer periods, ending with a juicy savasana.

Yoga with the Elements
Fridays
9:00-10:00 AM
Warm up your body with a playful morning flow that explores the elements of earth, air, water, fire and space. Experience the elements in your body and your practice. You’ll be guided to use them as a way to be present, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed. Learn how to let your body guide you into a deeper yet lighter practice. The end of class will be slow and include a few yin poses so you have a chance to simply be. This class is a unique combination of vinyasa, hatha, and a touch of yin.

A Winter Solstice Evening with Candlelit Yoga & Live Violin
Join Jen Harrison and Jenna Dewees for an evening of reflection featuring yin yoga accompanied by live violin, restorative practices, meditation, reiki, & ritual.
Come celebrate the darkest night of the year to awaken your light within. This special evening will begin with an hour of yin practice with live violin music in the background to help explore yourself deeply. You’ll be guided into a space of stillness, reflection, and deep rest with restorative yoga, meditation, and a closing ritual to set intentions to align with the solstice new beginning energy. Reiki assists will support a gentle release and grounding as you transition into the winter season. Embracing your own darkness creates space for more light. Together we will honor this sacred shift with relaxation, warmth, and intention.

Join Karen and Lindsea for a long weekend of yoga and meditation practice. Heart practices are an incredibly valuable pathway to increase our own happiness while contributing to harmony and connectedness in our local and global community. The weekend will be mostly silent after Friday evening to support your practice, with the opportunity to participate and ask questions in group meditation sessions and private interviews. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Join for the entire weekend, or drop-in for individual half-day sessions.
