YinSide Yoga
Does life move too fast? Are you ready to connect with yourself on a deeper level? Yin yoga is a slow, grounding and "letting go" approach to yoga. If you're interested in slowing down, sinking in and opening up the fascia and joints of your body come join us for this physical and mental dive into the stillness of yin. Poses are held for an average of 3-5 minutes in complete muscular relaxation to allow the connective tissues of our body to unwind and open. Find the bliss of letting go and come join us on the yinside.
Mondays and Thursdays
12:00 - 1:00 PM
with Jen Tracy Hooker
Get On The Ball
Mondays
4:00 - 5:00 PM
with Jen Tracy Hooker
Does your body sometimes feel like a tight, shrink-wrapped ball of tension? Come learn how to utilize your own body weight to literally roll out the myofascial connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons, and muscles) of your body to create more space, openness and aliveness in your entire body. It's like giving yourself a deep, relieving and relaxing massage. Come get on the ball!
Mindful Flow
Mondays
5:30 - 6:30 PM
with Annalise Durante
An all levels flow. This dynamic practice will begin with sun salutations and vinyasas to build heat in the body. We will link breath to movement throughout a series of postures intended to build strength, flexibility and balance while fostering a deep mind-body connection. We'll wind down with restorative poses held for longer periods, ending with a juicy savasana.
Yang to Your Yin
Wednesdays and Fridays
6:00 - 7:00 PM
with Yashmine Elizabeth
Hatha inspired yoga with a little yin mixed in. Come as you are with an intention to show up for yourself. You’ll be guided through a full body practice releasing tension, breathing deeply, and envisioning a healthier and better you. You are encouraged to take up space utilizing mental, physical, spiritual, energetic, and emotional energy during this time. This class aims to share the benefits of what an open and joyful movement can do for your well-being, and how it will lead to a more prosperous life. All ages welcomed.
Unwind Yoga Flow
Thursdays
8:45 - 9:45 AM
with Ashley Roach
Start your day with a deep exhale. Join Ashley for a yoga flow designed to unwind physical tension and untangle mental clutter. You are invited to show up as you are; bring loving attention to your body; and move, breath and linger in poses with curiosity and purpose. Healthy Happy Hour
Yoga with the Elements
Friday
9:00 - 10:00 AM
with Jen Harris
Thursdays
5:30 - 6:30 PM
with Kait Musick
A new take on après! Healthy Happy Hour provides a space for those looking to heighten their wellness and take a break from the classic cocktail hour. This class encourages you to show up for yourself and consider all aspects of your health. Begin by nourishing your body with a rotating variety of snacks, drinks and healthy alternatives. Sit with your snack while you read and write about the weekly journal prompt... or anything you want! Meditation follows and leads into an invigorating yoga flow. Healthy Happy Hour is our way of showing up for those in the midst of sobriety, those wanting to make a change, and those looking for community. A class to socialize, snack, and savasana.
Warm up your body with a playful morning flow that explores the elements of earth, air, water, fire and space. Experience the elements in your body and your practice. You’ll be guided to use them as a way to be present, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed. Learn how to let your body guide you into a deeper yet lighter practice. The end of class will be slow and include a few yin poses so you have a chance to simply be. This class is a unique combination of vinyasa, hatha, and a touch of yin.
