An Undefended Heart: A Long-Weekend Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Join Karen and Lindsea for a long weekend of yoga and meditation practice. Heart practices are an incredibly valuable pathway to increase our own happiness while contributing to harmony and connectedness in our local and global community. The weekend will be mostly silent after Friday evening to support your practice, with the opportunity to participate and ask questions in group meditation sessions and private interviews. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Join for the entire weekend, or drop-in for individual half-day sessions.
