Join Bliss (certified yoga instructor and wellness technician) and Alyssa (private chef and owner of Graze and Torrey’s) for an evening of mindfulness based cooking and meditation. Together we will make dishes that support your moon cycle and help mitigate hormonal stress. This workshop will end with a few restorative yoga poses and soundbath. Leave with a full belly, peaceful mind and new found knowledge of what foods will be most nourishing during your cycle.
