This class will be geared toward all stages of pregnancy and postpartum mamas. We will discuss how to prepare and strengthen your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy to set yourself up for a successful postpartum recovery. For those that are postpartum, we will go over how to regain your strengthen in a proper progression to avoid injury and help to heal prolapse. There will be breathworth, core exercises with many levels of modifications and a full body flow and workout circuit. We will end with a meditation focusing on a positive birth experience and positive entry into motherhood.
