This class is designed for new moms and babies under 12 months. Start your class with a gentle slow flow with soothing music. Engage your little one with optional poses that involve your baby or bring a blanket for nap or tummy time. End class with a casual, support savasana while you sip on nourishing post-pregnancy tea and socialize. Leave feeling connected to yourself, your little one, and other moms in our community.
