A new take on apres! Healthy Happy Hour provides a space for those looking to heighten their wellness and take a break from the classic cocktail hour. This class encourages you to show up for yourself and consider all aspects of your health. Begin by nourishing your body with a rotating variety of snacks, drinks and healthy alternatives. Sit with your snack while you read and write about the weekly journal prompt... or anything you want! Meditation follows and leads into an invigorating yoga flow.
