Book Club + Ritual: Breath

Join the Vail Valley Wellness team as we discuss this month’s wellness book, Breath by James Nestor. We will begin with discussion, have light fare, and end with a breathwork exercise led by our certified breathwork facilitator, Kaitlyn Musick.

We will also introduce Novembers book, Why We Sleep, and our What The Well Topic of the Month. Your “challenge bag” will include your own personal copy of Why We Sleep and a few sleepy surpries to aid you in the What The Well challenge: getting 7+ hours of sleep each night during the month of November!

Can’t join Book Club, but want to join the What The Well challenge? Simply stop by the front desk to pick up challenge bag, which will have detailed instructions for a wellness challenge that we invite you to participate in with us!
