Join the Vail Valley Wellness team as we discuss this month’s wellness book, Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. We will begin with discussion, have light fare, and end with a Yoga Nidra session led by Hannah French.
We will also introduce Novembers book, Wintering, and our What The Well Topic of the Month. Your “challenge bag” will include your own personal copy of Wintering and a few sleepy surpries to aid you in the What The Well challenge.
