Enjoy anoint your hands & feet with rose oil, bathe in sound and breath. This ceremony is about you and your needs. When your cup is full you have more to give to the world. You will set intentions, open your heart through rose oil, move through light kundalini yoga movements, bathe in sound and melt into your bed shortly after. Time is accounted for after 8pm to stay chat & process.
