What comes to mind when you think about winter wellness? In this workshop we will explore how the body changes with the seasons and what we can do to best support ourselves during the colder months. After a grounding breathwork practice and sound bath meditation, there will be a discussion & demonstration on herbs, nutrition, and aromatherapy based around winter modalities. We’ll make Root Cider (fire cider) for you to take home and enjoy, eat warming (& healthy!) snacks, and go over self-care tips to help keep energy levels up, nourish the body, and benefit the immune, digestive, and lymphatic systems for optimal function during the winter season.
