Challenge, heartache and grief is so present these days. Take a moment to get on your mat, slow down and catch your breath. Yin Yoga is a slower, more passive practice that targets the deep connective tissues that hold our body together. Through longer holds, we will tend to these parts creating new space for healing and a sense of letting go, both physically and emotionally. Soften and surrender as we go inward to open our hearts and find compassion and ease within.
This is a donation based class.
