We all know the benefits of a healthy morning ritual such as exercise, meditation or cup of herbal tea. Yet how often do we give ourselves the space to try on and cultivate rituals that truly work for our own unique energy, interests and life circumstances?
Join Ashley Roach for an exploration of 4 life affirming practices: meditation, breathwork, asana and writing. These practices can be used to anchor and revitalize your day, week and life. Each session will embody all 4 practices while bringing extra focus to one. We will then have space to create rituals that resonate with our own heart, bones and season of life.
While the classes will build on each other, they can be taken solo.
Please bring a journal and pen to each session.
