Slow down your Sunday evening with Yoga Nidra led by Hannah. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. Make yourself comfortable with an assortment of provided props and sink deep in to a guided meditation designed to bring you into a deep state of conscious relaxation.
Consider attending Candlelight Slow Flow before Yoga Nidra. The classes transition with a healing sound bath. Stack the two classes for a magical Sunday evening.
